Update: This home sold the first day on the market!
I don't know the asking price of this home yet, but I don't think it'll be on the market long. This 3432 sf home seems much bigger than the 3600 sf home I just sold. The layout is open with a grand entry and staircase. Most of the third floor tile. It backs up against a greenspace too. It's very quiet and private.
