While we don't shoot million dollar homes every day, but we are booking more and more of them. This house is located is off 172nd Ave near Foster. While the house is spectacular, I think the real selling point is the out-buildings. I could see someone running full-scale business off that property. I don't know the asking price of this home yet, but I don't think it'll be on the market long. This 3432 sf home seems much bigger than the 3600 sf home I just sold. The layout is open with a grand entry and staircase. Most of the third floor tile. It backs up against a greenspace too. It's very quiet and private.
