Here's an example of how digital photography apps can seriously enhance the appearance of a house. In this case, I shot three images at different exposures, merged them in High Dynamic Range (HDR) software, did basic tonal adjustments in Aperture, replaced the sky and cloned out some distractions. Then I added a bicolor gradient in Color Efex Pro and changed the perspective in PTLens.
​Of course, this is an area that needs to be used carefully. RMLS forbids some of the techniques used here if they are misleading. I would be uncomfortable posting this on an RMLS website since the house next door was deleted. It would give a false impression of it's proximity to the house.
