The Oregonian published a comprehensive story detailing the current real estate market conditions. One of the most shocking facts to me was the recent shift of how people find houses to buy. As recently as 2004 most buyers found their home from a sign in front of the house. They were literally driving around and taking flyers. Of course, it's not hard to guess how they find it now. Redfin, Trulia and Zillow are leading websites where potential buyers go. This fact underscores the importance of high quality images to market a home for sale.
