This house was priced right and that's important, but I shot the photos and the listing looked great. There was a showing everyday it was listed and on the sixth day the buyer received a full price offer. I'd like to think the photos had something to do with it. I can say for sure they didn't hurt! This is a home that Carrie decorated, staged and prepared for sale.
